QC Loan Processor - Field Review Coordinator

The Field Review Coordinator will be responsible for the ordering, tracking, and fulfillment of all Appraisal Reviews requested by the Loan Quality Department and work closely with LoanLogics’ Appraisal Management Companies and Quality Control Managers. 

Additionally, the Field Review Coordinator will be responsible for Receptionist duties including serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitors’ arrivals. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor ticketing system for new field review order requests
  • Compile all necessary documentation required for each order
  • Place order with LoanLogics’ Appraisal Management Company
  • Update Field Review tracking spreadsheet
  • Review and upload received Field Reviews to LoanLogics’ system of record
  • Notify Quality Control Manager of any reviews that do not support the original value
  • Maintain detailed cost tracking system to support Accounting Department
  • Follow-up with vendor on any outstanding orders
  • Complete follow up calls to reverifcation recipients on a daily basis
  • Special projects as necessary including but not limited to calling recipients for clarification of information provided
  • Complete other duties as required, including, but not limited to:
    • Coming to work and being punctual
    • interrelating with fellow employees and/or customers as needed to get the job done
    • Overtime may be required
    • Participate in the training of new personnel to ensure consistency and accuracy of reverifications
    • Mentor and assist other team members as requested

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year recent mortgage experience preferred
